As proven and highly qualified consultant of a broad spectrum of companies from startups to international companies (mainly industrial companies running productions) he offers his expertise of two decades in consulting, training and successful growth strategies both for the management, the organization and the intra-personal development.
John Adler is also known for teaching and co-authoring sales strategies based on strategic selling that engage customers, securing business against the competition. He trains, manages and coaches goal-oriented, with emphasis on sustainability and authenticity. Owner of Telos Personaltraining based in Graz (Austria) and Würzburg (Germany) with international affiliates.
Niccolò Bertoldi
During his 20+ year career as a corporate consultant and corporate trainer Niccolò Bertoldi has worked mainly in the fields of strategic consulting, marketing, communication, process optimization and continuous improvement. His list of clients includes small companies as well as large corporations, the likes of Fiat Industrial, CNH, Lavazza, Ferrero and many more.
Niccolò Bertoldi is also an Intercultural Communication trainer and in this capacity he’s participated in projects for the European Federation of Intercultural Learning and the Council of Europe. This is a particularly important field for multinational companies with offices and personnel in different world regions and with different cultural values.
